Cancellation

Policy

Our cancellation policy is 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24-hour notice, or you are late to your appointment, you are responsible financially for 100% of the treatment time booked.

If you are excessively late to a facial appointment, we reserve the right to refuse the full service that was originally booked to uphold standards of practice and do no harm. You will still be responsible for the full treatment cost of the service that was originally booked.
