Custom Bodywork

Custom Bodywork is a completely customized massage session. You and your therapist will make a treatment plan together based on what your presenting issue is and what your goals are for the session. The therapist will draw from the modalities they have studied to blend traditions of massage together, seamlessly and cohesively, for the ultimate relaxation, and deeply therapeutic massage.

Deep Tissue

Working therapeutically with the deeper layers of tissue, this style of massage is indicated for any sort of injury or repetitive stress. Our team is highly skilled; working deeply does not necessarily need to be painful. Slowly allowing the body to open up to the deeper layers produces the best results.

Caribbean Style Bodywork

Caribbean Style Bodywork is very similar to classical Swedish Massage. Swedish Massage is known for its short flowing strokes- effleurage and petrissage- but also incorporates friction, vibration and tapotement. Over time as it was taught in the Caribbean, it became infused with the style of the local peoples and took on the rhythm of the ocean and the warmth of the tropics.

Caribbean Style Bodywork has all the benefits of Swedish massage- deep relaxation, full body rejuvenation, and muscular tension release using a moderate pressure focusing on the first layers of tissue. This style of massage is most effective at activating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for your stress to melt into the table and fade away.
